Job Description
Provide product documentation, as assigned in Agile processes
Track and document resolved Issues in monthly releases
Perform peer reviews of managed product documentation
Perform UI text reviews to make sure text adheres to guidelines
Responsibilities:
2-4 years' experience as a technical writer/information developer, preferably in the product software industry
Strong technical background, ideally in the Cloud products and SaaS concepts
Proven ability to write technical documentation in English(must provide samples)
Must have XML based authoring skills
Working knowledge of Content Management Systems
Experience, or interest in, writing single sourced, task-based content
Experience taking and editing screen shots is desired, but not required
