Job Description
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Deal with escalations and more complex work as well as changes across the practices
To double-hat as lead Bot Controller at times
To identify and share trends and best practices
Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Prepare training manuals for users
Tailor and deploy tools, processes and metrics
Comply with project plans and standards
Stay up to date with the latest technologies
Prepared to reskill themselves regularly in order to learn new RPA tools
Might be trained on courses, either in house or externally
Required Skills:
Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts
6 Sigma and PMI Certification
Ability to identify root causes using data analytics and trend identification
Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
