Job Description
The IT Operations Engineer supports in the delivery of tasks and activities that manage customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone IT products and services in line with Customer Services Management strategy. The IT Operations Engineer conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures regarding administrating and maintaining assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and some vendor management, through the delivery of defined activities. Typically reports to the Senior IT Operations Team Leader.

Required Skills:

Opportunity for L2 Application Automation resource

Primary Skill: Shell scripting, Unix,OraclePl/Sql,Java & Perl  and HP OM/App Dynamics

Job Description: As a L2 Application Automation resource, you will analyze all application tasks and SOPs across all application in the project and find out automation scopes. You will be owning the automation tasks along with development and documentation. You must have knowledge in Shell Script(Unix/Linux), Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Perl & Java. Along with these, additional tool skills like AppDynamics, HP OMi are preferred.
