Job Description
To enable the production smoothly without manual intervention for painting.
To make sure that there is no necessary of manual touchup when robot is in operation.
To find out the root cause for the application related issues created during production and get it rectified.
Can make a new trajectory for upcoming projects/existing projects.
To monitor the robot spares required to enable the robot functioning smoothly
To monitor the paint consumption and leading projects for reducing paint consumption.
Identify the issues related to robot tracking/sync w.r.t conveyor and should be in a position to rectify it.
Required Skills:
Basic Knowledge of paint.
Excellent Knowledge in paint application.
Knowledge in robot/working principle.
