Job Description
Assist in creation of test plans for enhancements and fixes on applications
Drive test scripts preparation & execution activities with minimum supervision.
Responsible for creating and maintaining automated GUI and API test cases.
Execution of manual & automated test packs and provides consolidated feedback to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Mitigates / escalates issues to Test Lead or Test Manager as appropriate
Support UAT / OAT
Assist in preparing Test phase closure reports
Assist in preparation of project level required metrics and reports
What will you be doing?
Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy
Creation and maintenance of test automation harness.
Creation and maintenance of manual & automated test packs
Execute manual & automated test packs and provide consolidated feedback to stakeholders on a regular basis..
Coordinate / Prepare Test Bed/Test Data for execution
Support UAT / OAT
Confirm connectivity and readiness of test team
Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test reports
Must have Strong skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Concepts, Core Java 7/8, Middle tier technologies e.g. JPA/hibernate, Spring, unit testing, mocking frameworks and caching concepts clarity.
Hands on knowledge on Web services (SOAP, REST and Micro Services) with spring.
Hands on knowledge of associated technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring-JMS, Spring-Data
Strong knowledge on Selenium
Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy

Proficient in test case/test scenarios preparation & execution.
Prior experience in preparing test metrics/reports.
Good communication Skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand business process handled by business area.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Kanban
API test automation
Knowledge of AWS
Strong knowledge in Automation Processes
Knowledge in Performance testing tool
Prior experience in preparing test metrics/reports.
