Job Description
Basic Knowledge of Field instruments like Flow meter, Level Transmitters, Switches, Temperature & Pressure transmitters, Load cells etc. and ensuring healthy communication of these systems with DCS.
Ensuring in house and third-party Calibration of all field instruments and documenting the same.
Monitoring and ensuring Legal Compliance with Legal Metrology for measuring instruments
Spare parts maintenance and proper inventory management
Reducing Specific Power Consumption (SPC) through design Optimization and innovation.
Basic trouble shooting in ABB DCS for breakdowns in sequences and resolving the same
Basic knowledge of pigging concept
Knowledge on problem solving techniques
Monitoring and analysis of Breakdown, PM and calibration and proper documentation of the same in Maintwiz platform
Maintaining of the uptime of all Field Instruments related to Packing, Tankfarms and Pigging sections
Rolling out Preventive maintenance, calibration schedule and ensuring adherence to the same
Manpower handling
