Job Description

Designing, programming, testing, implementing & maintaining a broad range of Content Services solutions 

Attending meetings with other IT analysts to gather & analyze requirements for new solutions or modifications to existing solutions 

Conducting end-user training upon completion of software

Supporting our existing infrastructure and application, as well as assisting in various upgrades or maintenance activities.

Required Skills:

Triage & address user issues in a timely manner (Level 1 Support)

Maintain incidents / requests in our ServiceNow tracking system 

Learning to design, program, test, implement & maintain a broad range of Content Services solutions 

Attend meetings with other IT analysts to gather requirements for new solutions or modifications to existing solutions

Conduct end-user training upon completion of software 

Be available for occasional weekend & after hours on call support for critical Sev 1 issues & scheduled activities
