ME or M.Tech with first division (both at graduate and post graduate level) in the fields of Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Remote Sensing/ GIS/ Geomatics/ Geo-informatics/ Computer Plus HRA per Science OR
BE or B.Tech with first division with NET/GATE qualified in the fields of Mechanical/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering. OR
M.Sc, Physics/ Forestry/ Botany/ Agriculture/ Plant Physiolog with first division with UGC/CSIR NET/GATE qualified.
