Job Description
You will take ownership and accountability of Mediations application and provide a technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
You will be part of dynamic DevOps teams which is responsible for both Development and Support of the application.
You will be leading SRE activities for the account.
You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.
You will represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, you will lead technical design reviews) and build relationships with internal customers/stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
1 to 3.5 years' experience as a software engineer, preferably in Telecommunication Businesses
Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in languages like C, PERL, Python, ksh or similar.
Knowledge of postgres DB has advantage.
Working experience in Comptel EL 7.1 or above is desired.
Expert knowledge in either one of language PERL is preferred.
Knowledge of Telecom Switch like MSC,TAS,SMSC etc has advantage
