Job Description
Strong Core Java Knowledge
Experience using project and dependency management tools such as Maven.
Working in an Agile Environment
Reporting of defects and issues, interact closely with DEV & QA team members
Good Unix background and ability to write basic shell scripts
Experience in handling Collections, JDBC, Multi-threading.
Experience in writing unit test cases.
Experience in writing Automation Framework (Cucumber, Selenium)
Hands on knowledge in automating Web and API (SOAP, REST and Micro Services).
Hands on knowledge of associated technologies such as Java, Selenium, Database.
Experience in developing web services using JAX-WS, JAX-RS,JAX-B and Java web-frameworks
Knowledge on HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience using Junit for unit testing
SQL query writing using Oracle would be added advantage
Proven ability to build effective internal relationships
Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations and comment
Wider-thinking and problem solving – identifying and delivering reporting through own initiative.
Understanding of change management process.
Certification from relevant technology provider (preferable)
Required Skills:
BE, Master degree or equivalent
Strong Core Java Knowledge
Test tool knowledge – Jira
Well versed Automation Testing concepts. Flexible in working on both Development and Automation testing.
Experience of automating web, mobile and API.
Experience of working within a regulatory driven change environment
Good knowledge in Database queries.
