Job Description
Ability to lead, manage and direct development team. Focus on coaching, mentoring and improving software developer efficiency/effectiveness
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines, specifically around micro-service architecture and Cloud based deployment.
Knowledge of transaction processing, design and business processes around securities processing.
Understanding of Performance management, financial control and budget management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
