Job Description
Assist the local subsidiaries with the setup of new customer’s onboarding on Cloud.
Setup of Portals to onboard the customers on PyraCloud, Microsoft, and ONEClub.
Creation of contracts in ERP system
Mirroring of newly activated Contracts in the ERP system.
Data Management to reflect actual performance and price levels.
Assist with changes on the customer portal.
Clean up and standardization of contract cards across the region, according to program rules and status.
Download of explore.ms data that will enable the business to analyze performance and act on opportunities.
Assist in the sharing of the above data on the regional SharePoint Portals.
Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
Automate bulk and repetitive tasks
