Job Description

Evaluate and screen profiles for all HackerEarth campaigns

Maintain quality of users/candidates in the community

Map active users to relevant campaigns 

Engage with community via telephonic calls to make campaigns successful  

Review applicants of events to evaluate if they meet the campaign requirements  

Help the program managers team to design engagement methods as per the community response 

Track and Maintain a complete record of active & passive community members 

Liaise with the stakeholders and streamline all campaigns managed by the team 

Track important metrics for a successful event

Maintain task management tool and send out status reports

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
