Job Description

Resolving Business Operations and Stakeholder enquiries

Maintenance and creation of process documentation

Liaison with Business Stakeholders to freeze on application requirements

Liaison with CICS, DB2 and Development teams

Enthusiastic in providing Technical and Process improvements and optimizations

Provide clear, concise and accurate communication with internal & external stake holders

Documenting issues and standard operating procedures for BAU support activities

Perform Root Cause Analysis for frequent issues and ensure permanent resolution

Understanding Business Requirements, Functional Specifications & Environment capabilities

Required Skills:

Technical support of online and batch COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL

Quick understanding of applications and program logics for providing Level1 support

Providing and/or agreeing estimates for servicing project requests / requirements

Proficient in Mainframe infrastructure

Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes

Experience in managing external vendors and implementing products

Experience in both Run The Bank and Change The Bank tasks and initiatives

 Experience with coding in technologies such as Micro-Focus, REXX, CLIST, SAS, EASYTRIEVE is Preferable
