Job Description
Expanding the distributed processing platform to accommodate ~20 operations services working with common / related data in order to deliver a performant, but rapidly evolvable platform
Deliver an improved automated functional test framework in order to significantly decrease the diagnosis time / cost of development defects
Guide the assimilation and dismantling of the upstream data-sourcing platform and oversee transition to strategic bank-wide sourcing vision
Performance engineering to ensure successful “scale out” to all products across the investment bank
Ownership of the distributed caching program-of-work including using caching for aggregated reporting and a data-grid approach for event correlation
Required Skills:
Technical design and distributed systems architecture experience (Clustering, Grid, scalability and break conditions )
Knowledge of Finance / Middle Office processes in an investment banking environment.
The resource should have relevant experience of strong UI (.Net, WPF/WCF/Angular/SQLServer) experience.

SQL / Oracle (strong)
High volume transactional processing with a strong ‘transactional-aware’ mindset
