Job Description
Ability to Manage client, client suppliers and team.
Able to give Complex Incident resolution change implementation at second level
Responsible for deliverables as requirements Documents, Detailed Designs
Review various reports daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc basis and activity trackes
Participate in RCA discussions
Mentor to L1 L0 teams
Able to prepare (/knowledge on) LifeCycle Management and Release Management
Able to work in complex Production environments and handling pressurized situations.
Should work on improvement plans quarter on quarter as required by the client
Primary Skills:
Candidate should have Production Support Experience.
MUST have worked on below webMethods (version 9.X) components:
Broker, IntegrationServer, TradingNetworks, MywebMethodsServer, Deployer, Adapters (SAP, JDBC etc)
Platform: MUST have worked on any of Unix flavoured Environment (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX etc.)
Secondary Skills:
Good understanding on Incident Change Management Processes
Takes the lead (content wise) in the Change process
Schedule and handle meetings (internal, external, Adhoc)
Preparation of Installation Plans in a technically well documented way
Participate in RCAs and reviews
Must have any of ticketing tools (Remedy, HP, ITSM etc.) experience
