Job Description
Responsibilities:
Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying Voxvalley product knowledge to meet those needs.
Identifying and developing business through networking and follow-up calls.
Preparing and Delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the Voxvalley Products, articulately and confidently
Marketing and Promoting a portfolio of products by writing and attending industry events
Developing and adhering effective sales plans using sales methodology
Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of customer systems and processes and then documenting them.
Providing technical advice to customers coordinating with the internal stakeholders on all aspects of Voxvalley Products, both before and after the sale.
Advising on Voxvalley Product features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts related to customers business processes.
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
Maintain and update the Clients database periodically.
Adhere to the Sales Process defined by the Management.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Should be able to visit customers if required.
Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude.
