Eligibility
Educational Qualification:Graduate degree or equivalent from recognized University (Depot) with minimum 60% marks; OR CA/ ICWA/ CS
Note: In case of SC/ ST/ PH candidates, the minimum percentage of marks shall be 55% instead of 60%.
Manager (accounts)
I. Associate member of
(a) the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; OR
(b) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; OR
(c) The Institute of Corporate Secretaries of India OR
ii. B.Com from a recognized university and
(a) Full-time degree / diploma MBA (end) of 2 years minimum recognized by UGC / AICTE; OR
(b) part-time part-time MBA diploma / diploma (not part of distance education) of a minimum duration of 3 years recognized by UGC / AICTE; OR
(c) Graduate Diploma (MBA) / Diploma by distance learning method recognized by the UGC-AICTE-DEC Joint Committee.
Manager (technical)
B.Sc. in agriculture from a recognized university. OR
B.Tech or B.E degree in Food Science from a recognized university / AICTE-accredited institution; or B.Techdegree or BE degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Technology or Food Processing Technology or Food Process Engineering or Food Processing Technology or Food Storage Technology from a recognized university / an establishment approved by the AICTE. OR
B.Tech. diploma or BE degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university / institution approved by the AICTE. OR
B. Technician diploma or degree in biotechnology or industrial biotechnology or in biochemical engineering or agricultural biotechnology from a recognized university / institution approved by the AICTE;
Manager (Civil Engineering)
Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
Manager (Electrical and Mechanical Engineering)
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
Manager (Hindi)
Essential:
(i) Master's degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a diploma level subject. OR
Masters degree in a recognized university or equivalent in English with Hindi as a diploma level subject. Master's degree in a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a diploma level subject. OR
Master's degree in a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with English and Hindi as a diploma-level subject. OR
Master's degree in a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with Hindi language and English as a diploma-level subject.
ii) 5 years of experience in terminology work in Hindi and / or translation from English to Hindi or vice versa, preferably from technical or scientific literature. OR
Five years of teaching / research experience in writing or journalism in Hindi
Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of Sanskrit or a modern IndiaLanguage.
(ii) Administrative experience.
(iii) Experience of organizing Hindi Classes or workshop for noting and drafting.

Salaries:
Aspirants who have selected for the Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering) posts can get a pay of Rs.40000 – 140000 upon successful completion of training period of six months from the organization.
