SAIL MT Recruitment 2019: Steel Authority of India Limited is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 142 Management Trainees (Technical) through GATE 2019 score. Eligible candidates must have a valid GATE 2019 score for recruitment of MT in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Electrical engineering disciplines. Also, SAIL is inviting online application forms from MBA / PG Diploma people for recruitment of 60 Management Trainee Posts in Administration.
The SAIL Online application process will be start from 25th May 2019 and will be close on 14th June 2019.
About SAIL: SAIL is one of a Maharatna PSU & India's largest steel producer. The Annual turnover of SAIL is more than Rs 49,180 crore. Currently, SAIL has five integrated steel plants at Bhilai, Durgapur, Rourkela, Bokaro & Burnpur ; three special steel plants at Salem, Durgapur and Bhadravati.

Educational Qualification: MT (Administration)
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 60% marks with full time MBA / PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development for HR Discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production / Operations / Materials / Logistics / Supply Chain Management for Materials Management discipline.
MT (Administration) -
The exam for Management Trainee (Administration) will be held on 21st July 2019. The selections process for SAIL MT is as follows.

SAIL MT Selection Process
MT (Technical) -- After submitting the online application forms, Candidates will be shortlisted for Interviews based on GATE 2019 scores.
- The first round will be a Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.
- Criteria for the marks for the candidates would be in the ratio of 75:10:15 for Written test (GATE-2019), Group Discussion and Interview, in that order.
MT (Administration) -
