Responsibilities:

Tracking the re1. Send a welcome letter to the Customer.

Prepare ENACH forms and uploading.

Maintain Tracker files of Welcome letters, ENACH forms, and tracking PDCs.

Uploading Files on SharePoint.

Disbursement Files checking or renovation like File login or File checking and uploading for Design.

Prepare DO.

Send to ROC to Vendor or Customer.

Resolve Sales team issue for EMI deduction, ENACH Status.

Locally Cheque deposition.

Maintain Swapping Cases.

Document scanning and uploading on SharePoint.

Required Skills:

0 – 1 Year experience.

Commitment to excellent customer service.

General Accounting Principles knowledge.

Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented.

Thrives in a team environment.

Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.

Good in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
