Responsibilities:
Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.
Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
Experienced in supporting semi-voice projects related to HR and Payroll for the North American Region.
Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
Create process documents and monitor SLAs for supporting projects.
Maintain and improve key performance measures.
Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Required Skills:
Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for the US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
Should have experience in managing projects with semi-voice support.
Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Should have a passion for learning and growing continuously.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
