Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to deliver Segmentation, targeting & Eligibility lists via UNICA, DART, CMS.

Work closely with the key partner groups in supporting the marketing strategies and implement these within Targeting & Eligibility process.

Proven track record of high quality delivery and driving process transformation.

Partner closely with ECES US Consulting team to support implementation marketing strategies by understanding business requirements and creating technical solutions.

Ensuring that the design and build of technical solution meets the defined business requirements.

Delivering all the projects within the defined timelines and with complete accuracy.

Responsible to create/ maintain best practices on production processes to ensure future scalability, cross-training, and efficiencies.

May undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.

Adherence to all control and compliance requirements, support PRSA, Internal Audits.

Required Skills:

Bachelors in Management / IT / Engineering (such as B.E/B.Tech).

SQL (Must Needed).
