Job Description
Performs general clerical operational tasks that are routinary in nature.
Regularly receives direction from supervisor and escalates issues/concerns to more experienced roles.
Ensures smooth and consistent execution of CV comparison activity and highlights any detected findings or discrepancies, following the established procedure and matrix.
Provides all the necessary information and supporting documents relevant to adjudicating the case.
Supports background verification team to cover other admin-related tasks, as necessary.
Required Skills:
At least +6 months of operations support experience in one or a combination of the following onboarding, recruitment, background check screening, is preferred.
Bachelor’s/college degree holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
