Job Description
Will be responsible for wireframing, mockups and prototyping along with
icons, illustrations, components design, styles etc.
Developing high level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Designing usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile
and web based on research and best practices
Participating in defining and driving strategic direction from a user
experience perspective.
Present design concepts to Senior Leadership and external partners for
review and feedback.
Required Skills:
Must work with paper/pencil for design initiation.
Good handle on UI design principles.
Should know Figma, XD and Illustrator.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to communicate with developers, project managers and clients.
Must have an eye for detail, Must have a high-quality portfolio.
Must be able to manage a team of 4-5 designers
Have the ability to interface with clients, participate in meetings and
presentations
Have the ability to give inputs for design proposals
Should be clearly aligned with company goals and targets
Good to have Skills:
Sketch and other online tools to facilitate good and fast designs.
Graphic design skills.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in graphic design/diploma or equivalent
Salary INR 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month
