Job Description
Build Saber symbols for Saber models using our Symbol creation tool in SaberRD.
Create testbenches in SaberRD schematic capture tool.
Translate spice models into Saber models. Convert testbenches into regression tests and check them into source code control system.
Publish updates to the testbench articles in Synopsys SolvNet site.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering or working towards it with 0-1 years of experience in electronics design.
Exposure to some hardware description language such as VHDL AMS/Spice to describe digital and mixed-signal systems.
Exposure to simulation tools such as Saber, Simulink, PSpice, LTspice or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with any source code control tool such as Perforce.
Some exposure to one of the scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Unix Shell, tcl, …
Basic coding skills and familiarity with any programming language.
Good problem solving skills.
Experience in testing, data analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to think independently.
