Job Description
Understand project requirements through interactions with customer & internal stakeholders. Delegate tasks to other teams as necessary
Assess technical specification requirements for projects, evaluate risks and identify mitigation plans
Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems
Provide networking and system/application design
Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and perform factory functional testing for SCADA, HMI and other related functionalities
Prepare project documentation and assist in creating training materials as needed
Document and track progress of project activities, and report any technical issues
Required Skills:
Sound technical understanding of electrical power systems
Experience with SCADA systems, display building, data base creation, testing and commissioning. This is preferred, not mandatory
Understanding of networking, TCP/IP and routing principles is preferred, not mandatory
Knowledge of computer programming is preferred using C / C++ / Python
Proficiency in MS Excel
Flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
