Job Description

Responsibilites:

Conceptualize and design user interface, Interaction flows, Page layouts and Wireframes for web and mobile.

Create distinctive and compelling visual designs for online sales/marketing initiatives, including banner ads and landing pages.

Brainstorm design ideas for logos, icons and web layouts and decide best design approach.

Collaborate design activities by understanding requirements and converting them to rich usable interfaces.

Ability to multi task on projects and deliver with high speed for critical deadlines.

Maintain touch point with project teams to ensure smooth progress of design activities and user experience. Suggest changes and improvements on regular basis

Creating design guides for concepts and workflows.

Learn emerging new trends in design and use as applicable.

Required Skills: 

Photoshop / Figma, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Illustrator.

Proficiency in HTML conversion for rapid prototyping.

Proficiency in Logo Designing, Layout Designing, CorelDraw knowledge would be a plus.

Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools would be a plus.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is an added advantage.
