Job Description

Proficient in HTML coding

Background in testing and defect management.  

Experience with Application Lifecycle Management or Quality Center is a plus but not required

Background in banking center / call center front end systems a plus if they have been with the bank

Microsoft Office proficiency required

Candidate must possess advanced problem-solving skills, the willingness to learn and ability to effectively and concisely communicate verbally and in written/presentation format.

Critical thinking skills

Risk control mindset with the ability to formulate and communicate best practices

Responsibilities:

Participate in Requirement and Design discussions

Impact Analyze and Create Low Level designs

Skilled at the ideation, design and deployment of offers and based solutions.

Knowledge of data modeling, database design and the data warehousing ecosystem.  

Impact Analysis for Pre and Post implementation of changes in all process.

Proficient working on SQL.

Ability to support, triage and troubleshoot issues.

Provide technical solutions and ability to learn new technology to fulfill the project needs and implement.

Proactively track tasks to closure.

Participate/Communicate/Host calls independently related to projects
