Job Description

You shall build and test customer care solutions that provide rich experiences, connectivity, and automation.

You will craft, implement and test high quality, high value software

You will own the quality and functionality of your team's code from concept to production release and beyond

You will ensure 360°evaluation of code including Static Analysis, Unit Tests and functional and non-functional Automation using Sonar, Jest, Enzyme, Cypress/Selenium or equivalent

You would partner with engineering colleagues to test and deploy software that surpasses our customer's expectations, participating in code reviews and other actions to ensure standards are met.

You build and maintain automated tools that validate your service end to end along with appropriate performance considerations

You will build and support continuous integration and delivery pipelines that can be used to drive quality and consistency throughout the full software lifecycle.

Required Skills:

You shall work mostly with Architects and Engineers inside and collaborate with whoever vital to deliver customer value.

You will work with Engineering management and give to technology strategy for your immediate team.

You shall partner with the Customer Success and Technical Assistance teams to support customer issues with top priority.
