Job Description
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Identifying and designing business processes for automation
Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
Handle operational issues, work on fixes and enhancements
Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and automate those processes using RPA software; fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots; and provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Deal with escalations and more complex work as well as changes across the practices
To double-hat as lead Bot Controller at times
To identify and share trends and best practices
Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Prepare training manuals for users
Tailor and deploy tools, processes and metrics
Comply with project plans and standards
Stay up to date with the latest technologies
Prepared to reskill themselves regularly in order to learn new RPA tools
Might be trained on courses, either in house or externally
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Automation Anywhere Certified
Experience in A360(A2019) is preferred
Experience with Database, SQL and NoSQL
Experience in any programming languages like C/C++, .Net, Java
High level knowledge on any scripting languages like HTML, Java/VB Script, Python etc
Experience in APIs, DLL and Excel Macros
Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
6 Sigma and PMI Certification
Ability to identify root causes using data analytics and trend identification
Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Action oriented, quick learner who has experience in delivering bottom line savings
Some project management experience
Ability to re-engineer processes
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
