Job Description

Creates and documents test plans and test cases for non-GUI interfaces

Creates and executes automated test suites/cases for non-GUI interfaces

Responsible for testing on both Windows and Non-windows platforms.

Responsible for non-functional areas of testing especially Performance, stress, soak and Security.

Required Skills:

At least 1 years’ experience in Automation in any scripting language (preferably Python)

Strong Analytical skills. Candidate should demonstrate the same in testing exercises.

Proven experience and strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test methodologies- Waterfall, V Model, and Agile.

Strong experience in testing applications on Windows, Linux platforms (preferably from security domain).

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties including QA, Support, Development Engineers and Customers

Prior experience of working in Scrum will be an added advantage

Test certifications such as CSTE/CSQA certification preferred as long as the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills that these certifications promise.

Product integration testing experience

API Level testing

Knowledge in non-functional areas of testing especially performance, security
