SDH Card availability ensuring the timely availability of SDH cards at all sites and follow-up with vendor for timely replenishment of the card.
Bandwidth utilization of equipment Ensuring proper bandwidth utilization with the help of NOC.
Alarm reduction -Reducing the alarms of SDH equipment with coordination of NOC and Customer.
