Collaborates with stakeholders, gets an understanding of the ask

Tests and validate designs
Creates specs of the approved designs

Is able to follow directions of the lead, thinks critically, while also well abled to work independently
Good communication and presentation skills
Actively engages and participates in other design related activities
Supports senior designers in crafting screens for detailed design

Required Skills:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or related field
A thorough understanding of UX design methodology
Good working knowledge of design softwares like Sketch, Axure, etc.
