Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be liaising between the Tech and Operations Team and be responsible for :
Researching and identifying solutions to software issues
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and network configuration
Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensuring all issues are properly logged
Prioritising and managing several open issues at one time
Required Skills:
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You ideally have some experience within a Helpdesk/Technical Support or similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
You have hands-on experience with Linux environments
Exposure to Python, Sql Database, Micro Service Architecture is mandatory
You possess a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
You are familiar with remote applications and software servers
You have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
You are highly analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills
You are able to provide step-by-step technical help, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
