Strong Performance Engineering knowledge should be able to tune the applications across the technology stack including thread dump, memory dump and GC analysis
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, Oracle E-Business Suite would be an advantage

Responsible for the coordination of sprint delivery and production release with up to 10+ developers
Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence
Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budget
Work with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deployments
Responsible for multiple projects being implemented in parallel and sprint planning for these projects
Essential Skills:
Experience – 3 - 5 years
Experience in Performance Engineering.
Experience with Load Runner, Neoload, JMeter, Riverbed
Strong Architecture and analytical knowledge on E2E applications across various technology stacks (LB,Cache, Web, App, DB)
Experience with APM tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, DynaTrace, CA Wily Introscope, Riverbed is expected
Strong scripting/coding acumen with either Java, Javascript, Perl or Python
Good knowledge on Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting
Experience with DevOps Tools – Splunk, Git / Gitlab, Vault, SonarQube, Artifactory, Moon, Confluence etc.
Desirable Skills:
Java and .Net platform experience, essential to recommend performance tuning aspects
Database experience, essential to recommend SQL tuning techniques
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
Enjoys learning about technology and coding (and can do it as primary job focus)
