Responsibilties:
In this role, you will be performing process and device design and modeling and will be responsible for guiding semiconductor device development for Micron’s next-generation memory technologies.
You will be working closely with process integration engineers to design experiments based on modeling and characterization.
You will be guiding characterization methodologies including performing pilot characterizations
