Job Description

Analyze software requirements together with development team

Create a test plan, test specification and perform test execution (manual & automated)

Developing test strategy as per ASPICE compliance

Implement Continuous tests with Jenkins in the component area

Perform Pre-Integration & Regression Tests as per the test plan

Analyze & document test results and prepare test reports

Creation of defects in RTC/JIRA and support developers in reproducing

Contribute to automation test framework development and stabilization

Support manual test reduction wherever feasible

Develop automated tests using python and shell scripting

Required Skills:

Strong working experience in scripting using Python and Shell

Hands on experience in Software Testing using state of the art frameworks and Jenkins

Strong knowledge of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle)

Experience in cross platform development for Linux/QNX/Android based target systems

Working experience in automation test framework design and development

Hands on experience in setting up and working with target hardware

Experience in working with Clear Case/GIT/RTC/RQM

Good team player with ability to handle tasks independently

Desired skills:

Experience in Automotive Infotainment software testing

Good written & verbal communication skills

Exposure to AI/ML based automation frameworks

Working experience in Agile Scrum / SAFe methods
