Job Description
Management of existing suppliers. Ensuring compliance to Supplier Control activities identified by organization.
Conduct Supplier Audits and Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues
Maintain and update Approved suppler list, Critical supplier audit system and schedule.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Supplier Quality activities
Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical process control (SPC) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEA)
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
