Job Description
Managing the delivery of onsite and online training services.
Software Training to Internals (New Joinees).
Develop curriculum and Training materials.
Work with sales managers, product managers, and project managers to monitor the success and quality of training delivery.
Preparing Training Questionnaires ; check the training feedbacks.
Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up.
To analyze current process flows, suggest and implement improvements.
Understand travel business process and how they are mapped to existing application software processes.
Updating Online Application Help Desk Section.
Manage Client Expectations at times from the Product.
Identify the main key user among the trainees (Train the trainer program).
