Managing IT Hardware like Application server, Cinema server, Projector, Sound.
Equipment, POS, Desktops, Kiosks, Printers, LCD and other IT equipment.
Managing repairs and logging call and follow up with vendors.
Creating and running shows with 100% success rate.
Troubleshooting and application support to internal clients.
Maintaining Log of each incident and building knowledge base documents.
Managing KDM and content availability from the vendor.
Preparing daily weekly reports
